Eureka Constant Freezing while near the Train

Hi, I played Eureka since launch and had no problems with it on Direct X 9 and 11. Since then I haven't been to Eureka and just went back in again this week to get my brd anemos gear and I noticed my game keeps freezing when I'm near the Train and it's moving. I tried both Direct X 9 and 11, tried lowering the graphics settings and reducing the number of ppl shown on my screen and it still does it. Any ideas how to fix it? I've no idea why it's doing it now since I did not have any freezing problems when Eureka was launched for an entire 2 weeks.

Installed a new Nvidia Driver and tried Eureka again with Direct X 11 and no freezing so far xD.

The train is more of a CPU bottleneck than GPU. Tried checking your CPU temps after crash? Could be throttling and throwing the game out of whack. Had similar problems even when temps were below 60C in eurika a couple of weeks ago, and only there. Went to check inside of computer and one of the plastic retention things they use on the intel heatsinks had actually broke causing one corner of the heatsink to slightly lift. Temps were fine if what was reported was accurate, so I had no idea. Replacing the pen with a nut and bolt solved it for me permenantly.
