I'll be honest, an implementation of your suggestions would completely and utterly kill the thrill of S rank hunts for me.They should rework hunts so they spawn much more often however you can only get credit once pre reset for a and s.

But a spawn 6 to 8 times a day and s 2 to 4 times.
I think the rarity of hunts is what makes them less interesting
Also only 1 type of seal for all hunts.
I'd probably even consider quitting the game.
I kind of wish they'd make S ranks into Odin-style hidden FATEs that are subject to level scaling.
They're one of the few activities that can get a server's community together, so having them last a bit longer would be nice.

And why 18 for S? An alliance is 24. This is nonsense. People flock to S ranks because they are rare. I don't jump at A ranks because I see them everyday. I go to things like Kaiser Behemoth because I see him maybe once a month. Heck a party on Lamia spawned Nunyunuwi last week. I honestly don't remember last time I saw him. Huge group at that hunt.
One type of seal? That's a pretty big hit to the economy, scheelite raziqsap and dubbin sells high on most servers, so does the 70* dummy.
A ranks already get 4 spawns in a day. S ranks not so much but christ some of those S ranks are complete pains to spawn, they don't just happen, you know. Someone has to go out of their way to spawn S ranks. Very few of them just have conditions that someone can unintentionally trigger. And some, like Nunyunuwi, are extremely difficult, requiring multiple parties working together for at least a good hour before it even has a chance of spawning.
Really why 18? Where did that number come from? Light party is 4, full is 8.
Odin doesn't level sync, he's just ridiculously powerful so that only current levelcap players can participate. They buff him every expansion. I wouldn't want only 70s to participate in ARR or HW hunting when a good portion of 70s dont care about hunting as it is anyway (especially ARR/HW hunts). And as for Fate like Odin we keep all the same problems of current hunts like pulling and resetting but now we put hunts on timers, too. And you remove the actual hunting aspect of it too...

I went through 20 Hinterlands Treasure Map Coffers to sdpawn Pale only to come to come to the conclusion that they were sniped :/
After mulling over the suggestions here, I realize that I actually disagree with with most of them; save one
The ability to determine in-game whether or not S rank's variable spawn window is up or not.
I'm not asking for Square Enix to intervene with quick pulls or snipes(Even if I spawned them), just please allow everyone to know when a S rank has even a chance of spawning or not.
Ariyala's Hunt tracker would still be very useful even if such a quality of life addition were implemented.
It would make it even better actually because from what I hear, some of the minimum spawn times there are shorter than what they actually are. This'll help confirm this. Also help establish Agrippa and Rider's max timers cuz those two are hardly ever sniped, they're just jerks.
