Are the devs aware of the current Monk openers utilizing RoW?

All 100%/Max logs are heavily stacked.

I understand that it's almost never a good idea to look at the highest logs, though that video in particular the Monk didn't seem catered to at all. There was an abnormal amount of aoe balance uptime though.

The thing to keep in mind is that 6:19 is more or less perfect timing for monk, as they would be coming out of a RoF/Brohood/oGCD phase right around then, but without the awkwardness of having to rebuild GL stacks after. Monk is an extremely bursty job, and when that burst happens right before a boss dies it's gonna inflate the crap out of their numbers.
