Are the devs aware of the current Monk openers utilizing RoW?

TLDR, it's not a big deal, it's a tiny DPS increase for a lot of effort, which is also nullified by decent rng. You wouldn't notice someone doing this or not

This seems to be a common misconception towards the new Tornado Kick usage.
Let me just say that while you can indeed reach a very decent dps without ever using Tornado Kick, the DPS increase from doing this correctly is around 200-300dps. This is not a small increase and its definitely worth doing in 8 man's where buffs are constantly going out and the damage from Tornado Kick inflates to ridiculous levels (I once had a 36k Direct Crit from TK and I'm just Ilv 359).
