Veteran Reward Question

So I'm a returning player after being away for a while. I've recently resubbed for 6 months. While I was gone, I understand there was a change to the veteran rewards thing. I have the first three rewards, Tantalus set, Strife set, and Wild Rose set. And on my character select screen it shows I'm rank 3 at 270 total days subscribed, with 60 days left to the next reward. It hasn't changed one bit since I started playing again on my new sub. Does... anyone know why this is happening? I don't really care for the Squall set, but it bugs me that it appears I'm not being credited for my days played via the veteran rewards. Thanks for any help.

your days subbed won't change until your next sub renewal or when it comes time for you to add a new time card.

Yeah, when subbing in longer chunks it adds all the days at once on the day that sub goes active. Basically you jumped from im guessing 90 days to 270 in one fell swoop by turning on the 6 month that you have now. And in 5 months and however many days(assuming you dont change the sub) youll jump up 180 more days(to 450) all at once.

I'm not sure I understand. Before I had the 6 month sub, I was already rank 3. But now that I have the 6 month sub, nothing is changing. Are you saying that it won't change until 60 days have passed, or it won't change at all?

From what i remember the veterans rewards got changed to accomplishment rewards which you can buy from johnathas

The ranks themselves changed though. It used to be that 90 days was rank 3. Now rank 3 is 240 days. The gear sets didnt used to appear until rank 10 and up(2 years+), now you have all 4 of them when you hit rank 4 at 330 days. Maybe a link or two will help.
