Better teambuilding

Sometimes its annoyingly slow to find a party and you lose a lot of time. Not only that but when someone leaves your party in a duty and no one joins your duty.. it can be annoying if the person that wants to help you ends up in a diffirent group. Therefor I suggest the following option so you can play with the team you have and keep building it up at the same time. This way people are less likely to get bored and nothing will go wrong again.

1) Leave Party finder open, even when you've allready started your duty so players can still find your "open" game and join the game in progress.

2) Allow people to open their friendslist while in duty, allowing you to send friends a party invite to the game in progress (and maybe explain why if they also allow pm) so they can autojoin your game/party.
