Can you submit multiple designs to the Gear Design Contest (Melee/Ranged DPS)?

Did you read the rules?

I was reading over the contest rules and I noticed unlike the last contest it didn't explicitly say anywhere if you could or couldn't submit multiple designs (unless it did and I somehow managed to miss it in my four or five read-overs)

I read it over, and I didn't catch anything saying 1 entry per person.
