Looking for a small FC.

Hello there! I am looking for a small, casual FC with 20~ members max. The idea of large FCs is less attractive to me, as it is harder to get to know people. I prefer a FC which does not plan to expand too much! (Haven't really had a place to call home so far yet). I took a break so I forgot quite a bit, and I also still have a lot to learn. I was in a similar situation as you 2 months ago. Came back to the game and had a lot of catching up to do. I joined a few FC's but people in those FC's already had a tight knit group, so most of them weren't too interested in doing stuff with me. I eventually ended up leaving and joining the FC I'm in now, who really are a bunch of lovely people. They helped me out whenever they could, crafted things for me and just made me feel so welcome, so quickly.

There are 17 "active" members atm (more than half of the fc is made up of alts which is why it'll say we have 38 members), but it's a quiet period atm because some people are busy with work/uni, so it's more like 12 active members atm. The recruitment policy we have is we invite 2-3 people in a month and let every get to know each other. If all goes well we'll look if we need to expand on members any further. Hey, if you still don't have a fc, you are free to join ours to try.
We are only 8 people and we don't want to be in a bigger fc than 15-20 big maximum (if that happens).

4 of us are long time players and 4 others are new players (+ 1 alt). Usually we always have people to do roulette everyday, one team goes raiding at reset day and there is a FC event every weekend. We of course help each other for any content and everyone talks to everyone.

The only downside in our fc is that most of us work in the day so we are active everyday in the evenings and full time on weekends. We do help with crafting, with hard content, we give a room to everyone in the big fc mansion but we don't want to give anything on a silver plate (so no unscyn if it's your first time doing a content, no free gear without a mutual help,...). We really rely on learning and having fun together.
