Wedding Day Access Denial: Blank Invitation Problem!

I had the horrible misfortune of not knowing that I shouldn't have thrown away my Blank Invitation item after it ran out of invitations to create (it was at 0!)
Edit: (informed it mentioned it in main dialog on originally receiving from npc, however it wasn't in the reviewable information of the npc which I checked before throwing it away)

Along comes wedding day. I wasn't able to get into my own wedding because NO WHERE did it say that it was a requirement to be holding the blank invitation for me to enter my own wedding. I only found out from an in-game GM, that it was because I discarded the blank invitation.
All our guests could get in, but I couldn't! It was devastating now we have to be up at the horrible hours of the morning to reschedule.
We arn't the only couple who have had this problem, the horror stories I heard from our friends were saddening.

Thus, my suggestion is to put in important notifications and warnings about that blank invitation, to stop it from messing up further weddings. Or turn it into a key item.
