There ya go, people can't just force Sastasha etc, and you can put min ilvl requirements in.
You say "there ya go" as if it were easy for the game to juggle with the retainers' inventories, the saddle bag and the arsenal.
Furthermore, people could fill all of these (and equip low-level stuff) so that there is no room for the best gear to be moved an equipped.

It would swap the positions. So if they filled it all with low level stuff so the gear couldn't be moved, it wouldn't affect it as it would just swap the position (it'd be based on best gear you have, and if people are that willing to delete gear just to avoid it, so be it). If it really came to be it, you could have it so it charged them gil (allowing them to go into negative gil if needed so they can't just empty out their gil to get around it, and it'd work like a loan with interest, and if you accrue too much debt your character gets deleted), in order to remove the currently equipped gear from the game (without reimbursement) and replace it with better gear in levelling duties. I didn't say it'd be easy, and I wasn't attempting to imply it would be with that remark, I was attempting to say "Here's a solution."

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
