I've never experienced that. Thought, you have same requirements to get duty, as it's normal mode, otherwise you won't get it.
First thing I do in the evening, is queuing myself in Sastasha gear and test what I'll get.

Nope.It went on for a good year or so.I remember people trying to defend a ninja in qarn who had full crafter set on and refused to put on proper gear because according to him only the weapon slot matters in dungeons...
But yeah i kicked people for on a weekly basis.

Yeah I tried that (naked) in Titan story mode as CNJ with i340 wpn (might have been the 320, it's been a few months), I got OHK by the Heart attack.
