Don't you receive a mail in your inbox asking why you left, actually? I remember when I cancelled mine back in 3.1 I received a mail with a survey from SE.

I cancelled one of my alt accounts a few months ago and I don’t think I got an email. The other one ends in about 30 days but that may be too soon for an email to trigger.

Yeah, my bad. I just checked my mail and I got the mail after cancelling my sub back in 2016 and then participating in the free login campaign afterwards. With that being said, they SHOULD AT LEAST send you a survey if you cancelled your subscription if they are that concerned about "the people that quit without saying anything".

I agree with you. If it was my product, I’d want to know why I lost their business.

I think they give you a multiple choice survey when you cancel your subscription on the mog station iirc.
