On the Support Center, that field is optional. However, if you did have access to the URL where the program could be downloaded, it could be helpful to provide that to assist in investigations. Since it is optional, if you do not know the information and are just reporting it in game, you could omit that information and just report the specific incident.

That's good to know.

I guess maybe I ought to do some research into this if it helps get something done about these people, because all of my past reports have been ineffective for whatever reason.
