Airship and game crash

I am probably going to get flamed for this as a whinner but here goes. I was waiting for the airship after paying my 5K boarding fee when I R0ed out. Upon returning I had to exit and repurchase passage for another 5K. I understand that this is the procedure for the ferry but with the ferry the only thing I lost was time. I was wondering if there was a way to flag a player that would allow him still be able to board the airship after such an occurrence. Don't think I should have to pay twice for something that may not have been my fault. Thank you for your consideration.

Hmm it lets you re-enter for free after buying a ticket if you leave on your own. I guess it just sets a temporary flag on your character?

It would be nice for them to make this give you a temp key item if possible.
