prob caus, white one doesn't have auto function

Honestly, if they do decide to ban people for using turbo controllers. I'm sure many people who didn't even use them would be caught up in the crossfire. I know that I just sit around and smash my select button over and over while I talk with my linkshell on mumble or do some reading/watch tv. And I do this for hours. I'm sure to SE it would look just like botting. Since turbo controllers don't have any visible scripts, how can they tell the difference between a person who sits there spamming their key while doing other things, or a person who leaves their crafts on turbo all day. We need an official statement about this just to shut us all up.

they wont actualy look for use of a turbo control itself, just the automation of your character while you are afk for the most part when it comes to this
as has been said by plenty of people, turbo controls themselves are 100% legal, BUT using them to play while you are not at your computer is not, and thats easy to check for

How would you define not at the computer? Because I will be watching TV facing the other direction for hours sometimes. Or on mumble ffxiv minimizedthey wont ban ased on you "might" be doing it

additional volume control for "GM /tell", so they don't hv excuse anymore.
the tv thing varies depending on how you look at it
if you are in another room, watching tv, you know exactly what you are doing
but most people have a tv near enough to the comp where they are still at the computer and fully able to monitor the computer at same time(its really not that hard to do which makes me wonder how truthful some people are about it)
on a side note, im staring at a player in grid on besaid right now...dirt fishing....yeah.....

Meh, who cares. In my brief stint in wow you could queue up crafts.. start and go do something else. Or heaven forbid talk and socialize without having to constantly screw with your crafting..
Even if they add tons of features, people will find a way to bot. Who cares if someone has a turbo controller and is crafting non-stop? Is it that much different that them sitting there hitting the same button over and over?
Perhaps the issue shouldn't be if using a turbo controller should be considering botting/bannable... but making a game where people will want to play instead of just having a mundane boring system?
