Mailed items to a Trial account

So I've been playing for awhile, however, I didn't know trial accounts couldn't access the mail. I've sent Allagan pieces to my daughter's trial account via the mail.

How long does it sit there, does it return to the sender? Still kind of new to all this, even though, I've been playing for almost a year.
