    cant login/ white screen

    since Saturday sometimes the login option just not apears,sometimes i just get a white screen, and after that i got this "unable to complete version check" im on ps4 wired conection and i don't use vpn, and after 1h call with my internet providor,they said that the problem is the game server host (NTT), months ago I had a similar problem (all soulth america actually)

    Same here. Opening the launcher takes ages (when it opens not giving that 503 version check or probs with frontier) and when I do, getting in Behemoth most of times kick me out of the lobby. When I get in one char, I just don't log in another and mostly am leaving the computer turned on.
    This is not only Telefonica ISP. Mine is Sunway and a friend that uses from Claro is also having the same issues, but using PS4.
    Curious, is that when I log in another datacenter, such as Aether, I log without worries. And also, this issue started too with my friend and I on Saturday around 6/8ish pm.

    Ps.: Loggin' in the forums also was a battle, taking ages to load forun sections.

    The issue you are describing is most associated with interference with the game data. Most of the time, it results from certain security/privacy changes on PSN web browser. Please make sure that "Cookies" and "JavaScript" are ENABLED on the PSN Browser. This can be done by going to the web browser on the PS4, press the options button, then go to settings. The options for Cookies and Javascript will most likely be checked, uncheck them and then recheck them.

    The fault may also lie with the "Date & Time" settings on your PlayStation 4. We would advise to please follow the provided steps to adjust your console's clock to assure it is accurate and up-to-date:
    Close the FINAL FANTASY XIV game/application.
    Go to [SETTINGS] on your PS4.
    Select [Date and Time], and "Set via Internet". (Please do not manually set the date and time.)
    Once, the date and time settings have been updated, please restart your PlayStation 4 console.
    Once your console has fully restarted, please start the FINAL FANTASY XIV game/application.
    Please make sure all other internet-enabled devices (including smartphones, laptop/desktop PCs, tablets, etc.) have been disabled and/or turned OFF to minimize game interference.

    If the suggestions provided above do not resolve the issue, then there is a communication error. (Not the same as a connection error.)
    Check the following Port Ranges on your router/modem to ensure that the following Port Ranges have been opened/forwarded/triggered:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

    This exact same problem, from South America / Brazil
    Playing in the morning, all fine, on the afternoon of the same day this problem with login and Blank screens began.

    Oh yeah, I was also having problems with the Forums here, taking really long to load, while Playstation network and any other website works fine (using Playstation browser)
    I have the game on botgh PS4 and PC, none of them works, the problems are the same too.

    Same problem here, even tried to uninstall and reinstall on my PS4 and now I get stuck in the middle of a huge download (27k + mb) with constant interruptions and blank screens from patch files errors or version check errors. Seems to be a South America issue only? I'm also from Brazil.

    Brazilians having the same problem with Vivo (Telefônica Group) ISP

    Its not our ISP but something with servers blocking some of the ISPs we are using.

    This happened before, its the second time now. They took around one week to solve this last time.

    Lets hope they can fix this faster now.
