Character Transfer Error

I have requested a Character Transfer on April 15th 2018 from Ridill (Gala)
the problem is instead of joining up with my new friends on Server Bahamut (Gala), i was transferred to Behemoth (Primal) instead, i've tried contacting SQEX support, but they say its not under their control.

so who should i contact to have this problem solved?

I hate to say it, but it does sound a lot like you just selected the wrong server (Bahamut and Behemoth being next to each other on the list. Balmung should be in between, but as that's closed for transfers it wouldn't be an option).

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do except wait for the required 3 days and then pay to transfer again.
