Basically, if you're already paying ~$14 for those 7 extra retainers, but you want just one more, you have to pay ~$5 for the companion app and then another ~$2 for the extra retainer.
So yes, it is that stupid.

I don't mind the app having a premium option. But that option should: INCLUDE the extra retainer, not just allow you the option to buy more. And also not give you an upper hand in playing the market with the kupo nut currency.

Hmmm The only reason I want this app is for the management of my retainers. I have 9. Paying $5 for the app that includes an extra retainer with the premium plan, extra storage space, and daily Kupo nut for muggle is not a bad deal. Besides $5 would not break my gaming allowance I set for my self...I would of probably spent those $5 in something I don't really need anyways. Like over priced coffee or Tea -.-; No Starbucks macchiato for me darn. Besides the quality of their coffee has gone down the drain and most people settle for sour coffee, don't know the difference of non expired coffee shots, and go their way pretending it's decent -.-;. yeah I can spare $5 based on that.
