Help in Achievement Fates

I put them in the Hunt LS (even though these are fates).

Something like "Achievement Fate up at <pos>. Need help" (mentioning that it's for an achievement is why I've yet to find anyone that minds that a HUNT LS has a fate relayed in it).
People usually come as long as it's no a bad time for the server (like 3 AM on a NA server isn't a good time to be asking for help with achievement fates, but 8PM's usually good).

This is what people do on our server, too. I usually see it being successful, too.

Both of these. Im in a LS devoted to special fates(which also features general chatting and hunt call outs - but its original goal was fates and people are still happy to help when someone needs one), so these exist on several servers. Additionally, people call them out just as Squintina mentioned in some of the other shells im in(including an actual hunting shell and another general chat one). And as always, if you cant find the LS you want you can always make it. Start the shell, go out to the next S rank call out, and after the fight ask if anyone wants to join. Add some PF advertising, and of course add anyone interested at the next big fate(ixion, behemoth, foxy lady, or odin would be ideal). Its a bit of work, but youll get what you want.

This happens with one of the LS I'm in...sadly 99% of the time the Proto Ultima one in Azys Lla spawns I'm in the middle of something else(last time I was in Eureka). One of these days I will get that FATE killed....
