Help in Achievement Fates

1) Find a FC/LS/friends that will help you
2) Shout in that area that the FATE will give an achievment (and maybe even something else - like a music scroll, gear or a barding) and hope that people turn up!

This is pretty much it. If you don't get in on these things at the start of the expansion, you're likely going to need to go out of your way to get enough people to participate to get them done. I missed most of the ones in HW myself because I waited.
