Was pretty fast at getting to me and my issue. I wasn't paying attention to the time at all, but I know he got to me in less than an hour after submitting my ticket.

I was tabbed out reading a guide to Ninja because I could not for the life of me figure out what "Ten Chi Jin" actually does from text alone, so I didn't get to talk to him directly. However he did inform me he had enough information already to submit an official report and that he was going to do so, wished me luck, and ended the chat.

Not sure how rating GM works, but he did his job effectively.
