I'm not sure exactly how these metrics work and how worthwhile it is to practically spam the forums with a repeat of "This guy did a great job!" ... but he did. =)

By far way more personable than other GMs and definitely shows a thorough and sympathetic understanding of the ticket issues.

I don't know how your metrics work as far as whether new threads versus new posts matter, but thanks again for making the handling of my tickets feel like a person is handling them appropriately rather than a robot is trashing them. =)
