Whoa, that's a huge change. In conjunction with Celestial Opposition, if you decide to use this with it, you have 20seconds of half MP cost and 100% mobility while DPSing. Or 9-10 casts of half MP Gravity in dungeons.
This should also solve any and all MP issues since Lightspeed will be used more often. Pretty nice all around.


@Ghislain: Yeah you're right, Medica II is stronger on paper. In-game it doesn't feel any weaker at all though aside from it's distance. It's really odd that it's getting a buff, but I guess we'll see how it goes.
