    Diurnal Aspected Helios is actually weaker than Medica II.

    Medica II = 200 initial + (50 x 10) ticks = 200 initial + 500 ticks = 700 total potency
    Diurnal Aspected Helios = 200*1.05 initial + (40 x 10)*1.05 ticks = 210 initial + 420 ticks = 630 total potency

    Medica II = 200 initial + (50 x 10) ticks = 200 initial + 500 ticks = 700 total potency
    Diurnal Aspected Helios = 200*1.10 initial + (40 x 10)*1.10 ticks = 220 initial + 440 ticks = 660 total potency
