    Mhhh CU 60s would be great for the Nocturnal. But this talent is just inflexible. You have to maintain that talent, you have to be in the right place and have a terrible cooldown timer. Yep it has a HoT, but this is reason enough against 1m CD. I do not think so.

    But a change with CU would made the Diurnal Ast stronger. And I hardly think that Diurnal needs improvement. The solution to the problem lies elsewhere...
