    Combo success animation

    When a melee character performs a combo action successfully, there's a short animation and sound that plays. Ex: Savage Blade > Fast Blade on PLD. Is there a way to turn these off?

    There is an option to turn off Fight Effects in the Character Settings for you, your party and everyone else.
    Also in the sound settings you can change the volume of your effects.

    If this will not help you, there is nothing you can do.

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    If you go to System Configuration, then Sound Settings, you should find an option to mute your character sound effects and dialogue. Just be aware that this will mute everything from your character.
