Yet ppl buy their products no matter how stale their creativity is or shady their dealings are, even some pro consumers advocates got duped by their loot boxes.Once a company damages it's reputation though, it's very hard to woo customers back. This was something they appeared to have learned from 1.0 but now seem to have forgotten.
Blizzard got complacent with WoW, the WoD expansion saw numerous complaints which the company basically ignored until they lost a record number of subs. I would hate to see that happen here but there are a few pointers that we could be heading in a similar direction.
It's all about a good PR management and they are stellar at making you eat w/e they want
