Greed only rolls on alliance raids is a terrible idea

If you want gear for a sub job, then play that job and need it... it's that simple. While I am a hardcore player personally and don't need this item level gear (even for my sub jobs), I often like the glamour in these raids and being able to play that job and need them helps a lot. Now, for the more casual players who don't tend to go into higher end content, they're going to have an extremely hard time getting what they NEED to gear up. I especially feel for the tanks and healers.

Who decided this was a good idea and why? I really hope they revert this change sooner than later.
