Weird error, please help

I'm able to log into the game, and it loads up to the start screen, but a dialog box pops up showing some Japanese words and a date, 2018-03-28_03:13.

it also says

If i click it, the game will close normally, as if I pressed exit.

I have uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it, and it shows the same error still.
It was working fine yesterday, and i haven't installed any new drivers.

If I simply push the errorbox to the side, I can continue logging into the game, and even go to Eureka, but without sound, and the error box would be in the corner of the screen. (the sound works normally outside the game)

I'm using windows 10, EU copy of the game.

the ezfrd64.dll files source is a 3rd party vibration gamepad driver from "dragon rise".
Can you unplug and uninstall that device and the driver?

I dont have a gamepad, but i started having power issues to my hard drive not long after i posted this, and i swapped out the power cable from the psu. the error does not show up now. Maybe that was the issue? i dont know.
