the ezfrd64.dll files source is a 3rd party vibration gamepad driver from "dragon rise".
Can you unplug and uninstall that device and the driver?

I dont have a gamepad, but i started having power issues to my hard drive not long after i posted this, and i swapped out the power cable from the psu. the error does not show up now. Maybe that was the issue? i dont know.
