    I assume you're replying directly to me, since you referenced my comment about the FATEs.... and enemy stats are not my point. Character consistency is the issue I'm thinking about - Zenos (or any other villains linked to certain places and events) will not randomly appear and fight you in a low-level dungeon "just because". That's not how the character behaves. It undermines his place in the story.

    Maybe you don't care about lore, maybe a lot of people don't, but enough people do - including the creators of the game.

    IF they introduced random occurrences in dungeons like this, I would much rather encounter monsters than specific characters.
