Good News! after testing out different drivers I've finally found an older set that stops the flickering. The last drivers i tried were the latest stable drivers which still caused the problem so i tested some older stable drivers and they've done the trick. Thanks for all the suggestions and help .
I still don't understand why it only affected the vath camp but nevermind.
