Flickering Lighting (cont)

So far ive only had the problem within the dravanian forelands at the vath camp and in 1 specific dungeon, although it is a low level one so i don't remember which one specifically. I have also found that usually if the vath camp is on screen at any distance i still get the dark flashes even when flying at the ceiling. The other suggested fixes that i have tried include: Going from the beta drivers back to standard amd drivers and i have also messed around with all graphics settings and tested each option in the graphics menu and none of them have any effect on the flashing. Another suggestion was that i was overclocking which may cause it but i have never overclocked either my cpu or my gpu. In terms for how long its been going on, it has always been a problem with the vath camp from the very start and within an early level dungeon. Also at specific angles within the mountain in the forelands ive had a few of those flashes but they were a lot less frequent.
