    I'm a bit saddened by the way that a world pvp may never be a viable option due to how they have separate hotbars for it; however, I would like to see them create a bg or zone that can mimic some of the PVE/PVP splashed together like an alterac valley or something....

    They never intend to have World PvP in FF14 to begin with, even when it was under the old system.
    4.0 PvP changes is irreverent here, it only nailed the coffin so people will stop asking

    The last thing this game needs is to become a pk fest. World pvp simply devolves to ganking everyone and farming low levels. Not actual pvp.

    If they tried to put it in this game, most of the player base would quit. Though I wouldn't be opposed to a seperate map for it.

    I hope they never do it.

    Companys dedicated to world pvp couldnt do world pvp mmorpgs right for decades, i dred what SE would cook up.
