    Skirata,

    Could you please at least indicate whether or no I would actually have a resolution to my issue? I understand you sumbitted a report but as I have asked before (with no real answer) does that mean it will just get submitted in a general sense or will this individual issue be researched? I have lost items in which I spent time on collecting and it should be expected that I will try what I can to recover them.

    I would have been able to ask for clarification on the original thread if it was not closed right after your post. Which is the only reason I have had to now create 3. Might be nice to keep it open for a 24hr period at least, in case OP has a question.

    I would actually like to update you, I have just now recieved the gil for my shards. So there was some major delay between when they sold and when I got the gil. (Unless someone corrected this issue after my thread, if that is the case thank you). I really hope this doesn't occur again XD

    I understand you may be confused regarding what we do with a reported bug. We as Game Masters can not guarantee a resolution nor a response on such a matter because it is not our decision to make. What happens is we escalate the matter for review by the development staff. At that point, they investigate and may leave a response upon completion of their investigation. I'm also afraid that we are unable to advise you on their investigative process as you requested. As noted in Skirata's original response to you, for results on the investigation you may wish to keep an eye on the Lodestone site found here -

    Once again, please understand we are unable to guarantee a resolution, nor a direct response. Also, please note we lock all threads after we submit the report since at that point there is no need for a continuing dialogue. As mentioned, there is no information we Game Masters can give on the matter since we only escalate the issue at this point. However, if at any point, the development team requires additional information regarding your report, we would then reopen the case and make the request. Please note that this thread will also be locked.
