Crystals/Shards gone missing (2)

I posted this in a previous thread, and I'll be honest I was not very happy with the final answer I got nor the fact that the thread was closed before I could ask for a more personable resolution. GMs only respond with an automated message and it seems as though the threads are the same. Can I please have a real resolution on this.

Hopefully I might be able to get some help on this. 2 days ago I put multiple stacks of crystal shards up for sale on my retainers. (2 Wind, 1 lighting and 2 water) I had no stored gil with this retainer. I logged on today and check them and now all of the shards are gone, but they did not sell. I have no gil and no shards.

I did not take them down, use them or accidently npc them. (just in case some posters decide to accuse me of this)

Any help would be appreciated. (I know players can't help obviously I mean dev/gm help :P )

The GM submitted the bug report, and that's really they can do about it. What are you expecting?

Thank you for resubmitting your concern for your crystals that had disappeared from your retainer. As you had already reported this issue Here, it will be investigated by the development team from said report. This is the process that occurs for every report that we receive. A GM is unable to make a call on this issue, which is why it is sent to the development team for them to investigate such matters. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
