    Game crash when loading New instance.

    Hello.
    Since 3 days my game is crashing everytime I try to teleport or join an instance, im getting the DirectX 11 crash... The Game is unplayable but is working in direct x 9 Mode tho I dont want to Play on dx9. I already tried turning off nvidia overlay, clean Boot, nothing is working T_T and the other programs are turned off, only AI suite 3 for Fan software is on. Literally everything is same as it was before and I had no problems...
    My pc specs :

    Windows 10
    I7 8700k
    Gtx 1080 Ti
    32gb ram
    The Game is installed on m2 ssd.

    Hello Lynnn Thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums,

    Here are some suggestions. Please let us know if any of these work for you.

    - Update/reinstall Graphics card drivers

    - Set compatibility mode to Windows 7/8**

    - Make sure that any anti-virus software they have has the appropriate exceptions

    - Install game on C drive (The same drive as the Operating System)

    Hello. Noone of the above suggestions worked out. I didnt tried to reinstall the Game because it will take some time for Me but ill do it later.
