This game lacks inventory space in the sense the game overbloats us with items. Every patch it is always something to make it worse. eureka is moving to its 4th week and it puts too much strain though lockboxes. Why does the game give us so many lockboxes to deal with? it is too many items. I do not even bother turning them in because of the overbloat of items compared to our tiny inventory space.

All they needed to do was make eureka stuff into a currency tab, lockboxes should be in currency in currency tab, the 2 types of crystals should be put in inventory tab.

No they pick the most inventory bloat methods possible for reasons?
This is why your other post derailed. You're exaggerating. Yes, in Eureka, the number of lockboxes was clearly stupid. Whether or not they're stored as currency is beside the point - one should never have gotten thousands of them in the first place. But there's been no other content released in quite some time - certainly since Stormblood - that featured improper design which unnecessarily contributed to inventory bloat. Who knows why they did it - the point is, it's an aberration, not a trend. It takes a tremendous feat of tunnel vision and bias to suggest anything else.

Hell, given that the Glamour Dresser was introduced and item stack limits increased, our inventory is actually in better shape now than it was at the start of Stormblood, even including the Eureka lockbox decision. You can make the argument that the game isn't doing enough; you can also make the argument that Eureka features a number of dubious design decisions that clearly weren't properly tested. Those are fine. But throwing out hyperbolic statements about the game in general, making claims about FFXIV having an inventory management problem and pointing to one poorly-designed piece of content as proof - that's just utter nonsense. And making such patently false statements is going to trigger the same response in this thread as it did in the previous one.
