Nashu's cheek plaster! Where do you get it?

I've seen players with a plaster on their cheek, much like Hildebrands stalwart companion, Nashu. Anyone know how I can get one too? Tried googling and just end up with links to the head bandage that covers the eyes. ;.;

optional face details or whatever in character creation. The position of the little band aid varies depending on which of the 4 face options you picked (it's over the nose in the face I'm using as you can see). Not sure if it can be changed at the aesthetician.
