    Lag. No Texas NTT.net XIV players?

    So there is no one who frequents the forums, or simply does savage that lives in Texas and has NTT.net as a internet service provider?

    I triple my ping and gain severe packet loss every. Single. Day. Just about starting from around 4pm-10pm.

    Would be nice if someone had NTT.net and complained about their horrible node/network.

    Can’t hurt to ask I figure. I’m a little baffled no one has tried contacting them already.

    I’ve personally contacted Square-Enix, as well as my ISP and since neither are responsible for NTT.net’s connections they won’t do anything.

    Yes. This is a known issue to happen during prime time (7pm~11pm cst). Post up your tracerts information here in this thread. This will help bring to light more people having similar issues.

    I know you already contacted support, but if you would like additional assistance, we may be able to suggest something to alleviate your issue. Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which disconnect occurs
    - Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
