    Unable to get Inscrutable Taste quest

    Contacted Gm and they said can't help me so report as a bug.

    NPC name: morgayne
    Class/Level:70. 57 fisher

    All the pre reqs have been done as the other quests are unlocked just need to get relevant levels to do quests. All I want to do is collectables and unable to. Story quests are finished.
