500 Lockboxes.

Between today and yesterday I traded in over 500 Anemos Lockboxes. Nothing but garbage.

Tell me, how is this fair? I know people that are selling the mount to the NPCs because they’ve gotten multiples while I can’t get one single drop. I am LITERALLY trading in hundreds of these stupid boxes and have nothing to show for it but and inventory full of trash that sells for 1 Gil a pop. Again, how is this fair? Explain to me why it’s ok. Am I not doing the work? I’ve put up with the complete dumpster fire that is Eureka for over 1000 lockboxes total, and still no mount. I am owed and explanation, but I know I’ll get none. I expect this thread to be deleted before anyone can read it because I dared to question the almighty SE’s wisdom.

It was worse before update for now the only thing worth anything are the Materia VI ( mainly for gear melding anemos 5 slot ) , Mount, RDM Barding, 10K gill purse and minions ( to an extend ), Cracked Crystals, . Other than that yes they are junk, well Eureka potions are useful. -.-. I had 15k in lock boxes compare to 500 I just sold extras with NPC.

Now if it is BS you can always try hunting books, Spirit bound conversions, for Materia VI....yeah I will stick with BS than do that again.

I have over 1500 lockboxes that I'm not sure if I want to open them lol
I got the mount, barding, everything pretty much but the materia is nice.

I just made a "macro" (pressing numpad 0) every 0.75 seconds and bound it to my headset as a toggle. got through 1700 boxes in about half an hour, did have to take some time to place the massive amount of furniture in my house to create space in my inventory.

I now have a neat cylnder in my house which is made up of these things, one rotated a bit more than the other.

I'm half dreading what all I will get out of the lockboxes I've been too lazy to open, and just throw into my saddlebags....there are only about 3500 of them(will definitely be making a pretty penny...but so much running back and forth with items to be thrown at NPCs/retainer that holds all my materia).

You are not the only one that hasn't managed to get the mount after trading what must be around 1000 lootboxes

all I have to show for it.... general trash, Meteria V and VI, minions, red mage barding, armor, song rolls and funiture

i've heard of a few people getting 10 mount

RNGesus is RNGesus? I've opened well over probably 3K lootboxes during my time in Eureka - only have seen 4 t-rex horns and 2 red mage bardings. minions have only seen 3 of each one.

RNG is just being very cruel to you is all, don't give up.

I'm still playing Eureka because I want my Emperor's Hairpin; many players were lucky to get one except for me (some have multiples of them in their inventory) X[ I WANT MY HAIRPIN, EMPEROR OF ANEMOS!!

I got 2x Hairpins the first week and have not seen one since. IMO, they nerf items and never say anything.
