Level Sync needed ASAP!

End game is a massive grind (well not in xiv and it's complete lack of content), people don't need to be spending months grinding a job just to join the even bigger grind of gearing up.

If you enjoyed your huge 10k/hr parties pre toau, well, that's on you. toau was a saviour in ffxi as far as levelling went.

Its not about spending Month. Levelsync in FFXI took away a lot of possible Places to XP in. I liked to Exp in Bibiki or Xarc and also a lot of other different Places.. it was friggn bullshit to stay in Quifim until you hit 75, by just rotating in lowlevels. And then you had Level75 and were far away from having maxed Skills. So what to do? Skillparties which took you to Places people couldnt survive due simple lack of knowledge of their own Class. And beside that it even took more time in maxing out your Class, then it would have in a "normal" Party.

Opposed to what, killing Gobs for merit points in Bibiki Bay? Holy crap man you're right, super strategy before Colibris came around.

Happy to say I only went to merit there one time out of desperation, about 2 months after ToAU came out. If you're giving anything in Bibiki Bay (gobs, hares, birds, or dhamels) a thumbs up over Colibri, you opinion rates very low in my book.

Good point, this will be very damaging to FFXIV when nobody has maxed skills. Oh wait...

Before ToAU came live, those Places were the way to rank up. And guess what? After you hit the max level you had also maxed Skills most of the Time and People knew how to Play due the big amount of Time they had to spend more in leveling.
