Packet loss and Rubber banding during duties

For the past week I have been getting rubber banding only during duties and instances when I play XIV. This occurs on two different computers and only with XIV when tested on both of them. Other games such as Overwatch, DBFZ don't have this issue. Thus far I have tried port forwarding, power cycling router, purchasing new wifi adapter, wired connection, reinstalling (on both pcs), and updating to latest windows and drivers (wasn't anything to update mind you but I checked).
    Specs for both pcs below:
    Ryzen 5 1600
    16gb DDR4 3200 ram
    asus rog 350-b
    Gtx 1080 evga
    samsung SSD 250
    Seagate 3tb
    850w psu
Pc2: (it should be noted I am not referring to the stutters that occur in byakko or 07 due to fx chip but actual rubberbanding during roulettes.)
    amd 8350fx
    msi 970 gaming
    gtx zotac 970
    Samsung ssd120
    Seagate 3tb
    seagate 1tb
    850w psu.

Both pcs have a 5g connection when not wired. And it should be noted that towns and fields are fine it is only instanced duties that the rubber banding occurs.

Just wanted to provide a link to the official thread on this issue:
    http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Data-Center%29

And to Ariellandra... this is kind of a longstanding issue, it still surfaces on the FFXIV Reddit from time to time but people mostly just go "Oh it's that one NTT node." I don't know if there's anything you could do to pass things up the chain and get more done about it. I'm sure people both here and on reddit would happily collect data and pass it on if SE asked again, as in the linked thread.

Here's an example of what I mean:
    Code:
    |------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
    | WinMTR statistics |

The specifically problematic node in my case is ae-12.r22.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net, which here has 63% packet loss in the morning, probably much worse in the evening.

In the evenings/busiest hours, this can manifest with symptoms identical to what MeowTo described, though most evenings I'm fortunate in that I don't have issues. Or it can simply 90k (the error code, 90003) me out of an instance when all appeared to be fine.

On reddit recently, there was even a post showing this happening at PAX: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comme...iv_experience/
