Do people still run Sephirot EX?

I've been kind of wondering about this, as I know I don't run it and it seems like Fiends sap has gone from low supply to non-existent on the AH. There always seems to be a huge supply of other crafting materials for the glowy weapons so someone is running the other places.

It's one of the worst to DF due to being impossible to recover from some mechanics fails, and I guess PFs dried up because most people who wanted the mount got it. Kind of unfortunate but it's a good suggestion for statics out there to farm the sap for gil and something else to do outside of raid days.

I see sap farm parties in party finder everyday, more so than Bird farm parties.

Sap farming sounds like a good money making exercise given all the gil spilling out of Eureka. After looking around at some other conversations on fiend sap it sounds like its a 10% drop rate and it's easy to wipe. Being a paladin means needing two saps as well. x x
