I applaud this concept. It is clear that you have thought things through. Not everything may be as fine tuned as it may look, but this is what a Job speculation should look like, simple, to the point, and easy to follow. Personally I can't say if the aspect would work on the game as is, but with some tweaking I don't see why it couldn't. I definitely get the concept you are going for. I do have a few things that stuck out to me.

The first is your Raise skill, Encore. Personally, I'd say it should fall more in line with the other Raise skills. If Dancer was going to be like Bard and have a myriad of support skills i'd say leave it as is, but they are meant to be the healer and their Raise should work the same.

The second is your stances. They seem fine as is, and truthfully I'd have to look more in depth to see a bigger issue, but your use of Sambas and Jigs seems off. You get 3 of each, which is fine, I guess, but the timing of when you get each set feels a bit unbalanced, not bad, just slightly lopsided' think WAR from HW onward, they lose balance pre 54. Remember that each Job gets their main gimmick at 30 if not sooner; Machinist being the exception at 40. I would just suggest moving the stances up a little.

With your Traits. The one called Closed Position, while good in theory might cause issue, since the system determining what is considered an "encounter" might get muddled. Maybe make it reduce the damage you'd take by 25% or if you kill them you absorb their HP, something akin to that. Also the Trait Enhanced Mind? I thought their main stat was Dex? Shouldn't it be Enhanced Dexterity?
