    Unable to Purchase from Mogstation

    I created a ticket, but I'm hoping to get it resolved faster than 48hrs...

    I get the
    You cannot use this function.
    Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for additional details.
    Error Code: i2501


    I'm not using a VPN. I've tried different computers. I've tried on just my mobile network using my phone and the same result. There's something on my account that is preventing the use of credit cards. It won't let me add Crysta. When I try to use Paypal it just goes to a "Done" screen like it's already finished.(no popup blocker running).

    Unfortunately, this is not a technical issue and requires account details to render assistance. As such, you will need to contact the Square Enix Support Center in order to get more details on the matter. If you do not want to wait until your email is responded to, you can contact one of the live support options.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. On the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. On the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    NOTE: Live service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)
