Are minions (vanity pets) going to cost real money?

if your the anti WoW community and your preety much saying the game sucks because its WoW like then you should know pets are not cash shop...well unless you buy the ones in the cash shop like the little flame kitty and the panda which were put up with some of the cash going to charities with each purchase o.o and I wouldnt mind buying a chocobo egg plushie in rl and getting a code to redeem it in game like they did with the windrider and gryphon in WoW that would be awesome... i bought both and i even bought one for my little sisters 1 got a wind rider other got the gryphon... though one is an alliance worgen hunter my youngest 10 year old sister and then my 13 year old sister got the gryphon shes a horde tauren druid :<

seriously If I could buy the plushie in rl and have a redeemable code would be awesome =3

i really have no idea what WoW does or doesn't do.

I was just asking if minions are going to cost money , it seems like all these minions are something of an indication for free-to-play with cash shop. they look like your typical cash shop pets

No, they aren't an indication of anything pf the sort. They are an indication that there are vanity pets in the game, not of any business model. Yoshida already said *very* clearly and multiple times that the game is not going to be free to play. As a matter of fact we already have the official monthly fees nicely listed.

There are plenty games in which vanity pets are acquired through in-game means, so there's no reason whatsoever to believe that vanity pets in this game are an indication of the implementation of a cash shop.

I second this; I can't remember a time where ClausL has posted anything positive about the game; it's all doom, gloom and OH NO THIS IS GOING TO SUCK with nothing but pure speculation to back him up.

Claus, if you think the game is going to be so awful, why are you still here?

Add on the fact he joined the forum not till 3 months after the initial server shutdown, only really played the actual game for 2 months. It really just obvious the user is a bored individual with nothing fun to do.


If the complaints about the game were made when it was actually in service they would be valid but nope.
