Just so I know what to expect, is there a possibility for a resolution on this? Or will this just be a general report with no action?

I would really like to get my shards back, I play solo for the most part and it took some time to farm them. I know 400k ish gil isn't much to most but it is quite a bit for me.

I've notice when searching through market wards you will find things for sale at 0 gill. A glitch maybe? This might have happen to you. Just a thought.
